Trash Talk 102

If you've read my entry called Trash Talk 101 you are aware of a few useful bits of information about deleting files. This of course relates to files on the local drive where Trash Talk 102 is relating to files on a network drive.

As you might of realized from earlier posts I am big into external drives. What I'm not big into is having a warning box pop up every time I go to delete a file off my NAS. To make it worse the dialog box has the "Cancel" button the default option so you actually have to mouse over and click "Continue."

Since I only delete files that I am sure I want to delete I like to skip this annoying step. So what you do is press Command + Option+ Delete. This will delete the file immediately, without putting it in the trash and no warning box.
