I'm sure we have all experienced this, you want to close something out and a dialog box pops up asking if you are sure you want to and you have to mouse over and click on close. It can be a real pain. If you are familiar with Windows then you are aware that in the same situation all you have to do is hit the
tab key and it will cycle through your options.
What you might not be aware of is that Mac has this same capability but for some reason it isn't the default setting. Whatever the reason may be for this it is a real easy fix.
- Open System Preferences
- Select Keyboard from the Hardware Section
- Click on the Keyboard Shortcuts tab
- At the bottom where it says "Full Control Access" select the All Controls radio button

That's it. You can now cycle through all the options with the
tab key and no longer need to mouse over to close out those pesky dialog boxes.
Fab, thanks!
